The historic Nassau Inn in Princeton, NJ was recently renovated. The $25 million upgrade modernized guest rooms and service areas, upgraded the Grand Ballroom, including state of the art conference technologies, and oversaw the design and construction of an outdoor dining area in the historic Tap Room.
EXPERIENCE : REDESIGN AND REMODEL
Michael is currently coordinating a ‘deep energy retrofit’ of an existing 454 unit, multi building complex in Yonkers, NY. This project included high performance exterior insulting finishes, new roofing systems, CHP, a building wide HVAC dwelling unit control system, complete modernization of the existing 7 elevators and new residential electrical panels as well as interior upgrades to the residential units. Upgrades will create a 35% reduction of energy costs in a fully occupied building.
EXPERIENCE : NEW CONSTRUCTION CURRENT PROJECT
Sasvic Tower is a new 20 story residential building with retail and commercial floors in the Journal Square district of Jersey City, NJ. Michael has worked on project development from inception, created the RFP’s, interviewing, negotiating, and hiring the entire development team including consultants, artchitects, engineers, and construction managers.
